As the holiday season approaches, we want to ensure that your furry family members receive the best care possible during this busy time. To maintain our high standards and accommodate the increased demand, we will be implementing a $5 per day peak season fee from November 25th through December 1st and again from December 23rd through January 2nd. This fee helps cover the cost of additional staff to provide the same level of attention and love your pets are accustomed to.
Additionally, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be required for all stays booked between November 1st and January 2nd. This ensures we can reserve spots for those who need them most and continue offering quality care even during our busiest times.
We understand this is a change, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and support. Our goal is always to provide a safe, happy environment for your pets, and these adjustments will help us continue to do so, even during the peak holiday rush.
