Our motto for Operation Keep Your Spanky (OKYS) is One Man, One Dog, One Mission. We’re not changing our motto or the mission for this 6,000-mile trek, but we are doubling the size of our team.
We are thrilled to announce that Army Ranger veteran and 1pet1vet founder Joe Trainor, Jr. and his dog C.T. will be joining Spanky and me on our adventure! Joe heard about Operation Keep Your Spanky less than 10 days ago and has jumped on board with great enthusiasm. Welcome aboard, Joe and C.T.
It will be nice to have the company and with Joe being an Army guy, this now becomes a joint service operation. After all, I’m here for all the vets, not just the Marines.
